2. Product Quality & Description
We are committed to offering high-quality, ready-to-wear and semi-custom hair patches and wigs. Product images are for reference only—due to screen settings and lighting, slight variations in color, density, and texture may occur. Each unit is handcrafted or quality-checked before shipping to ensure excellence.

Custom styling or cutting is available upon request, but please note these services are non-refundable.

3. Pricing, Currency & Payment
Prices are listed in INR (₹) and may include applicable Indian taxes. For international customers, prices will auto-convert to your local currency at checkout. Payment options include:

UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking (India)

PayPal, Stripe, International Cards (Global)

Razorpay for secure domestic transactions

All payments must be completed in full before shipment.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India and internationally. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery timelines vary by destination:

India: 3–7 business days

International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs and region)

All orders are shipped in discreet, tamper-proof packaging for your privacy.

Shipping charges and customs duties (for international orders) are the responsibility of the buyer, unless stated otherwise during checkout.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to hygiene concerns and the personal nature of hair systems, we do not accept returns on used, opened, or worn items.

Exchange or replacement is offered only in the following rare cases:

Wrong product delivered

Product damaged in transit

To qualify, customers must send unboxing video and images within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After this, your order may be under processing or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
