📦 Return Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair patch and wig products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened or used.

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your confirmed order, you may request a return within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video and clear images of the issue are required for eligibility.

💰 Refund Policy
Once the return request is approved and verified, we will process your refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Refunds are only applicable for:
